The last few months have brought seismic disruption and economic hardship across the country for everyone.
As the UK Government starts to ease its lockdown measures, industries like ours are beginning to return to work in a limited fashion. Our Safe In Your Home Installer Commitment aims to put safety of the community at the heart of every visit – for both you and your installer.
What does it mean for you?
We have created guidelines which are designed to help installers demonstrate that a safe and secure environment is their focus for any boiler or bathroom installation and any maintenance work.
You can now have complete peace of mind that they are doing everything they can to keep you and themselves safe.
Our Valued Customers
The safety and well-being of our customers and installers is always our number one priority, even more so now with the ever-changing progression of the Coronavirus outbreak, we are committed to do everything we can to protect the wellbeing of our customers and our colleagues.
A few simple measures will protect us all.
Maintain a 2m distance
Keep 2 meters apart at all times. If possible ask all house members to stay in another room while your installer carries out the work.
Ventilation and masks
Ventilate the room as much as possible. If you feel more comfortable with your installer wearing a face covering, please ask.
We have put together a simple homeowner guide to help keep both you and your installer safe. We kindly ask you to follow the practical guide to protect your household and your installer whilst the work is being carried out.
Please seek additional advice if you are unsure of anything to provide a safe visit.
